How do I sign up for a membership?

What is included in my membership?
All members receive full access to LF during open hours. All memberships include access to a monthly strength training program, video tutorials, an app to track strength training progress, and a monthly instructional lifting class.
Do I have to sign a contract?
LF offers several membership options that include a contract, but we also have a month to month option that does not include a contract. Contracted memberships are available at a discounted price, so they cannot be cancelled at any point within the agreed upon term. ALL memberships require a 30 day in-person signed notice of cancellation. Month to month memberships can cancel at any time as long as the 30 day in-person notice is given. Is the strength training program included in my membership suitable for me?
One of the benefits of being a LF member is having access to a professional monthly strength training program. The program is designed by a full time certified personal trainer and has been programmed so that MOST people can perform MOST of the exercises. The program provided is strictly for educational purposes and is not modified for your specific abilities. You can reach out to LF concerning personal training options if further modifications or accommodations are required. It is always recommended that any person check with their health care provider before starting any exercise program.
I’ve never worked out before. How do I start?
LF provides easy to follow video tutorials, along with the monthly strength training program. The tutorials explain how to use the equipment and how to perform the exercise. For additional information LF has posted a guide on the wall at the facility on how to begin, how to determine the weight to use, etc. LF members are also encouraged to attend the monthly instructional strength training class, suitable for beginners.
If I join LF do I have to do the workout program provided?
The monthly training routine is provided as a perk to LF members. You are not required to follow the program and can perform any strength training routine you like.
Is Lifted Fitness for women only?
Lifted Fitness is women focused, offering a variety of leg and glute focused machines, monthly workout programs, instructional lifting classes, and assuring we provide a safe, comfortable space for women, but is completely co-ed. LF has members of all ages, body types, and genders.
Does my membership include personal training?
Personal training is not included with a Lifted Fitness membership. Personal training services are offered at Lifted Fitness, but trainer availability may vary. Can my child work out with me?
Children 12-17 may be added to an individual membership for an additional monthly fee, but 2 minors age 12-17 are included in a family membership (they must be listed on the membership). Children under 16 MUST be with a parent in the facility at all times.
Does Lifted Fitness offer personal training services?
The owner of LF, Rachelle Cheatham, is a full time certified personal trainer and does offer personal training as a separate service with separate pricing. Does Lifted Fitness offer meal plans/nutrition coaching?

Can I try Lifted Fitness without becoming a member?
A day pass can be purchased at LF during staffed hours for $10. Outside of staffing hours, you can contact LF to obtain a day pass (479 264 1182). I’m interested in classes- how do I go about signing up? Are they included in my membership?
LF does not offer training classes. Vibra Studio is located within the facility and offers a variety of fitness classes. Vibra Studio maintains a separate fee schedule and is not included in LF memberships. For more information, email vibrastudiofit@gmail.com or text Gabriela at 479 317 4502
Can a member bring a friend?
LF members are allowed to bring a guest, but the guest must be at least 18 years old. All guests must be cleared with owner (via text or phone call 479 264 1182) before attending and must sign a waiver before entering the facility. All guests must pay $10 per day.
Does Lifted Fitness offer any discounts or promotions?

How do I cancel my membership?
